Community Kickball Day

Welcome to Healing In The Hood’s 1st Kickball Tournament!  This tournament is open to children, as well as adults.  You may form your own team (up to 25 members) and create your Team Name.  Each team will have a captain, who is the contact person.  Teams may be co-ed; however, the members on a team must be either all adults or all children (under age 18).  The adult team fee is $25 (this is not per individual).  There is no fee for kid teams.  Please provide the information below, including the contact person with a phone number, the number of players on your team, and the number of players who will participate on your team.   REGISTER TODAY!!!
